Todd and I met in December of '05. I knew from then we would eventually be married. We have hung out since then and did a lot of on and of dating. We went to church together and fell madly in love with him. We became serious when I moved back from Washington in January of '07. He proposed to me on his anniversary of coming home from his mission May 5th. I knew it was coming I just didn't know when. A few weeks prior he had found some baby raccoons in a haystack and brought them home. I would come and spend time over with him and take care of those three little babies. Well the night of the 4th we had his cousins wedding that we went to, then I went home because we were planning to going to Boise early the next morning to watch the new Spiderman movie with his brother and family. Well, I was sound a sleep and heard my phone ringing at a little past midnight. He said he needed help with the raccoons so after a ton of convincing I decided to go over and help. Once I got there he was acting very weird. He was standing in the kitchen and wouldn't meet me at the door. He asked me to turn on the light, and grab the bottle that we used to feed them. There was something shiny on top and I had thought he just wrapped it in tin foil. .When I picked it up the ring fell off and I knew exactly what it was. To make this long story short he got down on one knee and all I could say was I hate you. We must move on to the wedding!
